01 / Connections and configuration

Shared context is the foundation

Every Logpagia product uses the same organization and the same access rules. Each product still keeps its own records and checks what each user is allowed to do.

A customer relationship lives in CRM and an accounting transaction in Accounting. A contract lives in Contracts and a completed signature in Signatures. Follow the supported link or handoff, then check the record in the receiving product.

02 / Connections and configuration

Follow the built-in handoffs

Some workflows carry a specific source record into another product. Recruiting can hand an accepted external hire into the workforce. Contracts keeps approval tied to a specific version, but a direct Contracts-to-Signatures handoff is not currently available.

Each handoff is defined and has its own prerequisites. Other fields and actions stay in the product where you make them.

03 / Connections and configuration

Check imports and exports by product

Use the import and export controls offered by the product you are working in. Confirm field requirements, permissions, preview results and error handling before processing a larger set of records.

A downloaded file is a snapshot of the records at the moment you export them. Later changes stay in the product until you export again.

04 / Connections and configuration

Verify external services separately

Mail delivery and payment-related workflows may depend on separately configured services. Availability depends on the specific product, organization setup, provider support and operating mode.

Confirm that the connection is active: check the destination, the authorization and a successful outcome before you make it part of a live process.
